Called to set up call for ambulance, they needed a number called back 10 minutes later no record of first call. Gave ALL info they requested ( including number for medical necessity), next day they no showed, 11:45am, called @ 12)called said they never got paperwork. They said they called me all morning to tell me.. Cell phone had NO RECORDS OF CALLS. Spoke to customer service manager ...sorry nothing we can do for you, click.
