I am upset and angry over my elderly relative’s and my treatment by Brewster Ambulance Company today. The first chair car driver came 40 minutes late, and we were late for doctor’s appointment for her broken arm. She also has impaired mobility and dementia, so her nursing home asked a family member to ride with her. As instructed, I called for another chair car when we finished at 3:45 and was told it would be 45 minutes.
