This place is ran by nothing but inexperienced, young adults. Every time I come it's something; waiting too long in an empty restaurant to be seated. No refills on drinks. Waiter/waitress disappears. A person could literally dine and ditch and they wouldn't even notice because the waitresses DON'T attend their tables properly. Every once in a blue moon that I go, it's horrible service.

Great service by Bivi and Darnae best thing I ever had drinks where filled every time the beer was cold and deliver to my table they both check if I was ok every time best thing ever thank you 5 stars

The sauces lack flavor and clearly prepared using low quality ingredients. Our server was energetic and attentive but had no focus. I ordered sweet iced tea yet he refilled with unsweetened tea. At cash out time, he actually gave us the wrong bill. Focus. Overall, the restaurant's atmosphere was great, rivaling the likes of Hooter's and Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately, the taste and quality of the food fell far short.
A1 bar. The local watering hole for me and my boys. BB and Reberto are the best bar tenders I know. FROSTY MUGS!!! Miss you Jazmin waitress of the never end mug

Horrible customer service! The manager was not helpful. The waiter didn't want to provide us with the pitcher of soda that came with our special. Stay away from this location. Drive a few more minutes up the road to the Kingwood location.

Went with the family on sunday and this server named Robert was in charge of our table. Well, he gave me someone else debit card. Called to talk to a manager and had me on hold for 30 mins and they didn’t even apologize for their mistake.
