Nice place to live very happy moving in
Very quiet building. The area gets dangerous at night and u cannot keave ur car or bike outside.
Dangerous place to be… TPS Toronto Police Services stated: This building is worse than 200 Wellesley St (the last seen as “The worst in the City”). TPS informed us that our lives are in 24/7 danger from our neighbours, staff&Oncall alike at Brewin. The board, Management and maintenance force tenants to pay for repairs outstanding from before move in. They deny people access to services, urgent medical care and actively endanger abuse survivors. Brewin is not a good place to be!
