I have lived here for 5+ years now and this place is trash! I initially moved down here for the amenities pool , dishwasher, w/d in unit, downtown living, etc. The pool was open 1 year in over 5 years. The living downtown isn’t what I thought but easy access to highways. Let’s start with the maintenance men showing up to fix stuff drunk and 1 of them was stealing out of my apartment and other’s apartments. It has mold everywhere from all of the leaks and flooding. I have been calling for quite sometime to the number posted to inquire about avaliable units I'm seeing online and have t got not one answer. Is the number updated? Do you all perfer someone just to walk in? Do you all not return messages?
They can be so rude sometimes but they can be nice sometimes but could never get in touch with nobody in the office in months and that’s kind of sad and I been here for three years and they came in to knock down my ceiling two years ago and have not come back yet .i done lost two brand new living rooms sets do to water damage .if they will fix things the building will look some good .
Roaches mice small spiders my unit has been sprayed multiple times and hasn’t helped at all was told I would have to pay for pest control even though the bugs clearly had been living here before I was being charged for a door that was already old and cracked when I moved in take pictures and video if you decide to come here shootouts in front of the building my children are often scared outlets in my kids room has burned out two of my lamps baseboards coming off the walls some are actually nailed to the wall paint droppings ... read more
