beautiful property and the lobby smells really good
I've really enjoyed my year living at Brewers Yard Apartments and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to live in the German Village area. The apartments were renovated a few years ago and have a modern feel with nice finishes. The amenities are a big plus—the gym has everything you need, the pool is great in the summer, and having the coffee machine is a nice perk. The covered parking garage is also a huge convenience. The manager David is fabulous and the staff is extremely helpful. I cannot say enough about the speed with which the maintenance staff takes care of issues. Also, the amenities are fabulous and include mailroom package security, pool, gym, grills and fantastic indoor and outdoor community spaces with a parking garage. It’s hard to find all of that downtown!
We have lived at Brewers Yard now for a year and a half. As we've gotten settled there were a few maintenance requests that needed attending to such as bulb replacements, screen replacements and toilet maintence. It's difficult to select one member of the staff to highlight because they're all friendly, responsive and helpful, but the one person we would choose is Michael, the maintenance director. Michael has always been prompt with addressing our requests and is quick to throw in a joke or two. We love living here and one ... read more
My husband and I moved here from Michigan in March 2025, and it has always felt like a home away from home. We love living here! The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the energy of downtown Columbus without being right in the middle of it. It's right next door to Kroger, German Village, and has the Scioto Audubon Dog Park in the backyard.
