The unit itself was fine, but receiving deliveries was very difficult. You can only buzz people in from a nondescript side entrance and directing delivery people to it was very challenging. Seeing lost/confused delivery people wandering or abandoned doordash orders around the property was extremely common. Additionally, the package room is only accessible when the staff is in, so packages are frequently left in unsecured piles out by the front door. I've been here just over a year and I've absolutely LOVED my time here. It's close to all my favorite places in German Village, walkable to Kroger for quick grocery runs, and close to highway access. It'll be even better when Front St. bridge is open - truly the best location I've ever lived in! Maintenance and the office team are great - quick to resolve issues and provide updates. I am on year four at Brewers yard and I have no intention of leaving until I purchase. Great staff, amenities, and location. Those complaining have no idea about the world around them. This a safe and worth the price place to live. My apartment faces the train and I still have no complaints. Thanks Brewers yard!
Horrible experience with their maintenance and leasing office. I was advised by a resident to park in the parking garage and to my surprise as I came out I had a boot on my vehicle. I later see signs laying on the ground face down stating this is a resident only parking and if someone is parked in your assigned parking to call this number to have a boot placed and they will advise you were to park. I called the same number to attempt to get the boot off and they refused. They stated it was after hours and I would have to wai... read more
Had a great experience at Brewer’s Yard. The amenities are great - large gym and great pool. Perks include parking - hard to find good parking options in this area.
