My husband and I moved here from Michigan in March 2025, and it has always felt like a home away from home. We love living here! The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the energy of downtown Columbus without being right in the middle of it. It's right next door to Kroger, German Village, and has the Scioto Audubon Dog Park in the backyard. I love living at Brewer's Yard. The sprawling complex can be confusing at first and challenging for deliveries, but other than that it is in an amazing part of town with access to the audubon center woods, a dog park, kroger, and german village. The facility itself is kept meticulously clean by a wonderful woman named Nakia- big shout out to her for all of her daily work to make this a great place to call home! David is a natural at building community. At the team always very attentive and supportive. At his recent red, white and boom event, one of my guests complimented the complex and she he felt like he was at a resort!
We’ve had a great experience living at Brewers Yard. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and quick to help, whether it’s a maintenance request, or anything else that comes up. David and Francis have both gone above and beyond for us—they’ve helped track down missing packages and even lent us a dolly when we needed to move furniture, which we really appreciated.
