I called for the technician to check on a AC issue with a smart thermostat. Technician showed up and installed a new thermostat without calling to let me know what the issue was, charged me for the service call and the new thermostat when I had a perfectly brand new thermostat sitting there all along. They came out to replace the thermostat and charged me a second service fee. I emailed a few times to contest but never heard a response.
