WORST customer service ever. Marcie needs to find a job where customers are not involved. HOLY UNPROFESSIONAL. She did not understand the assignment. Laughed and then hung up on me. Built a home with Pulte 2 years ago. AVOID this company at all costs.
Water heater pilot light went out and I couldn't get it restarted. Plumber restarted using pocket lighter. Time spent, five minutes. Travel to and from business, ten minutes. Total time, fifteen minutes. Amount charged, $375.00. Hourly rate equivalent $ 2,500.00 per hour. Get a price quote or check out other plumbers.
Mike Watson was great to work with. He did exceptional work, was on time, efficient and the customer service was awesome! I would highly recommend Brewer Plumbing.
The service was promt but the results good have been better. Had to come back to complete the job which affected the cost.
