I can honestly say that the job they did on the ceramic porcelain floor was awesome and I would rate that job and the carpet a 5. But I am a 75 yr old disabled vet, and when I asked that they clean up due to a 1/2 inch of dust all over the walls, cabinets, fllor, counter tops, light fixtures and carpet. I was told that they do not clean up after themselves. so for that I give them a 1. Now I have to find someone to clean up after Brewer Carpet. Is that really customer service?
