This has been a great experience working with Dave on my vehicle loan. I never thought it would be as easy as it was but because of their excellent customer service and how easy they are to work with, it was perfect!
Where do I begin? This has been by far the best experience we've had with an auto loan through Dave and Brewer Federal Credit Union. Not only are the rates competitive, the process was easy and completed in a timely fashion which says a lot coming from a person that lacks patience. I highly recommend Dave and his team!!
This is a credit union that truly stands out above all and goes above and beyond the needs of every single member walking in the door. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by a friendly staff and the service was exceptional. They we're able to resolve my problem and then help me get into a better fit for me. Was a breath of fresh air walking into this credit union. Thank you brewer fed for exceeding my expectations and treating me like a valued member.
I truly must say that BFCU has been the Best bank that I have ever dealt with in almost 25 years! Great Staff!! Very personal and know everyone on a first name basis!! Keep up the great work!!
