Super rude Customer Service went through the drive-through to get money out for a relative that’s disabled they couldn’t which is understandable they have guidelines but I was on the phone with him and he was going to give them his Social Security number she asked if I could come in as I walk in there looking at me laughing so unprofessional and then one of the girls goes oh she’s right there and they all scatter away

2 motorcycle loans..Paid the last one off EARLY...NEVER LATE...Tried to get a truck loan...and NO... THEY WOULDNT EVEN CALL ME BACK...WEATHER, I GOT THE LOAN OR NOT...WHAT A JOKE FOR A BANK...ZERO STARS...

Brewer has been my go to bank for 20 years allways polite and very easy to deal with would recommend them from loans to credit cards
