I have been using Brewer Eye Associates for over 15 years. I had an issue where a family member was out of state broke their glasses and Brewer had only a 1 year effective date on the RX which does not follow PA State law 49 Pa. Code § 23.72. which states it is good for up to 2 years. When I tried to explain this to the associate at the North Wales location and see if we could get an extension s a new pair of glasses I was left on hold for over 30 minutes before I was informed there was nothing they could do. My appointment when I had it went well, and the staff was perfectly nice, extremely kind. However, now the automated system won't stop harassing me. I started randomly receiving texts and emails about an appointment they scheduled without my permission. I had to cancel, even though I never made it. When they kept messaging about a new date/time, I tried calling and telling them to remove my number and email from their mailing list, but still heard from them AGAIN today about how I missed my appointment. Very poor service and very unprofessional. 2 hour drive to find out they cancelled my appointment even after I confirmed it that morning. Receptionist then was dishonest saying I did not. When I proved to her I did her response was " oh well, you can book another appointment ". Very disappointed

My family has had a very poor experience with Brewer Eye Associates in North Whales. It was very difficult to get information from them about the process and costs associated with getting my kids contact lenses. The person responsible for teaching my kids how to use the contacts was very unprofessional. I had to call their office and complain to a manager that she said something inappropriate to my son while in a room with him by themselves.
