Great place, but I got charged extra for retinal eye check during eye exam.. Never asked for it and never got asked if I wanted to have extra check on my routine exam done. Well that’s my last time going in here.
Patient for 5+ years, but never again. My appointment was at 12:15 PM, and despite being back in my car by 12:30 PM, I was turned away. The receptionist was rude from the start, gave me an annoyed look, and claimed my appointment was "invalid" because I didn't confirm a text—yet they never texted to say it was cancelled. Zero effort to help a long-term patient who was clearly within the grace period. Disappointing service.
front desk lady tinesha is rude and mean and yelled at me the first time i met her. been going here 20 something years and never have been treated the way I have been this year. place has gone downhill. she also gives me bad information. like having to redo a lense fitting even tho I did a refitting last week. doctor told me she was wrong and I did not have to do that. she said it was procedure but she doesn't even know her own offices procedures apprently. what a joke.
While last year’s eye exam was great, their scheduling system is ridiculous. After wrapping up last year‘s appointment, I made a new appointment for the following year. Fast forward to that next appointment day… I checked in but was told that I only had a “pre-appointment“, not an actual appointment? When I asked what the goal of a pre-appointment was, I was told that it can hold space on the calendar, but I still need to call in on a different day to actually finalize the appointment. I came in for an eye exam after breaking my glasses the day before. That is how quick I got an appt. Exam in my opinion was thorough, pleasant, and I left with a prescription in less than an hour. I'm sorry I didn't get lens there since I needed them in 2 days.
