My family has had a very poor experience with Brewer Eye Associates in North Whales. It was very difficult to get information from them about the process and costs associated with getting my kids contact lenses. The person responsible for teaching my kids how to use the contacts was very unprofessional. I had to call their office and complain to a manager that she said something inappropriate to my son while in a room with him by themselves. Dr Pentes and his staff were super friendly and Dr Pentes was extremely thorough and patient. I’ll be sending my husband there!!
Dr. Pentes is amazing. Very professional and answered all my questions. He did a comparison of my eye health to last year and noted any differences. Overall very good experience.
