Dental work was great, however communication was not. I was told my root canal would be covered by my insurance AFTER my procedure was over the front desk told me I had to pay 1200 out of pocket. I am a mother to 4 boys and did not have that readily available. They insisted I use a credit card (which I don’t have) and instead of letting me set up a payment plan which I asked if I could do multiple times and was told no they called me 24/7 and were extremely rude. Dr. Fister is amazing along with her staff. They are all warm and welcoming. The office is very child friendly. Dr. Fister cares for all of her patients and parents. She makes sure that not only you understand but also her patients. She explained in detail in a way to my son that he knew exactly what was happening. I highly recommend Dr. Fister and her staff.
I did wait a bit to be seen, but this was outweighed by the phenomenally clean and modern operating room as well as the friendly and caring service! Dr. Dorr is very nice!
