Jared and Justin took care of me today in cleaning my teeth. They were very personable, efficient, and accommodating. They were really good about anticipating what I might need and making sure I was comfortable. The process was quick and easy and they did a great job!
So I’ve been terrified of the dentist since I was a child (basically I had some experiences of pain during cavity fillings & my former dentist didn’t believe me, continued on with what they were doing, and it scarred me for life) and even decades later, it’s really difficult for me to find the courage to go to the dentist or even make an appointment. Extremely stressful experience
I’ve been using this dental office for my children, and they recently referred me to the adult side of their practice for future care. My son had a procedure done there, and although they ran my insurance beforehand and confirmed coverage, we were later billed as out-of-network. It turns out that only certain dentists at that location are covered under our plan—not the entire office—something that wasn’t made clear during the referral or insurance verification process.
