I honestly can not say I would recommend this company for your engraving needs. I placed and paid for an engraving order in June 2021, and despite having contacted them a month ago (May 2022), the job has still not been completed in June 2022. The deceased’s name and birth year are already on the stone, have been for years. The order is literally for four numbers to be engraved. That’s it - 2020. Beautiful job on parents headstone. Very nice concerned people.
I worked with Michelle and one time with her Aunt. They were gentle, extremely caring and helped me create a beautiful but simple headstone for my husband and me! I would highly recommend them. It's hard to loose someone but the way they honored my husband is beyond words.
I am writing this review for my grandfather Lester Davis who recently purchased a headstone for my grandmother. He could not say enough good things about each person he worked with, and the outcome of the stone. Best customer service he has ever experienced. Each person he worked with was understanding, kind, patient and made the process a lot easier. Thank you!
