Major Shout out to management and our server. This crew was so accommodating, pleasent. And they did all of this during the Costa graduation where the entire downtown is booked. Menu is like a Mediterranean influenced american menu. The Affogato martini was the perfect appetizer. Some dishes have a little more heat than I like but still tasty. Great ambiance, comfortable high top chairs.
I grew up coming to this restaurant every time we visited Manhattan beach when I was a kid. I hadn’t been back in a few years so I was surprised to see how much it has changed. Still had a great experience though. The new decor is very well put together and pretty. The menu had a lot of different options (including vegetarian options). When did one of my favorite bars go full gold digger lol. In my opinion I lost a relaxed place but it’s nice inside. They should change name to gold digger co.
Stumbled on this place before sunset and was very impressed. The host was generous in accommodating us on what seemed to be a busy night. Our server Mick was very attentive and had great recommendations. We will be back!
