One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and it didn’t end at the restaurant. It followed me through the weekend to my bank statement on Monday, when they put an 8 dollar tip onto my bill, when I tipped $8 cash. They said they would call me back and put the money back on my card,but I never heard back from them. Hope you enjoyed your $16 dollar tip. Bad service, mediocre food, no thank you & no apologies for our experience.

Should have read the reviews first, I hadn't been there in several years. I see now why their parking lot is empty. Our food had to be sent back multiple times, the cook passively dismantled the food that they had prepared wrong and the put an excess of gravy (at least 2 4 ounce ladles and sourcream (about half a baseball worth for a hand full of fries) and a dry pile of cheese curds on my side of home fries. Absolutely awful! Wish there was a way for me to post the pictures I took. This place should be shutdown. A complete shithole and that's being nice.
This is the worst restaurant that i have ever eaten at. The hamburger that i ordered was under cooked and the waiter was about unprofessional as it comes. The dining area looked like it was in need of a deep cleaning. My wife and I both thought we would be sick from the food that we ate there. I will never eat there again.
Burger was tasteless, fries were greasy, soup was bland and cold, but the fried pickles were good. Will not ever go back because the food was just not good. We should have realized that it wasn't like Diners, Drive ins, and Dives years ago said it was because the parking lot was empty and there was only one other table with customers ! Sorry Brewburgers but ya'll need to step it up a little or I see you closed permanently :(
Menu's were filthy, floors were dirty. We got there 30 min after opening for the day and could tell it wasn't cleaned recently. The burgers had no flavor at all! Rueben sandwich was good tho. Good gator bites too. The waiter was nice. Place needs cleaned and burgers need more flavor
