Usually had a good experience. Went in today with my wife, had a pitcher and lunch. Got about half way through my sandwich (which cost almost 13 bucks), and found a nice huge black hair on my plate, mixed in with the pesto ailoi. Figured they would comp the entree, I got a whopping 4 bucks off. VBC here I come
