This place is an excellent example of why everyone hates the car-buying process. I went here while shopping for a car. My salesman was nice, he was not as high-pressure as the "manager", but that was not the problem. I was already pre-approved through my own bank. But for some reason, unbeknownst to me and without my permission, they ran my credit with other lenders. I wasn't aware until I started receiving letters in the mail from other companies. Ben I have used Brewbaker Motors for several years for purchases and service. I am always impressed by their caring attitude and honesty. I feel at home when I used them. Most recently, I had to replace the transmission on my vehcle, which had over 160,000 miles. I can not complain about the vehicle or the dealership.
Brewbaker Dodge I had my battery go dead on my Dodge truck and had to have it towed to Brewbaker where I was told I needed a new battery, battery cable and clips and bolts. I was charged over $300 and all they did was to replace the battery and cleaned the cables and clips. I was still charged over $310 for replacing the battery!
Love the Service We had to have our transmission rebuilt on our vehicle just last month and Brewbaker was fantastic. They were very kind and helpful. They were also very fast for rebuilding a transmission. I was worried about being without a way to pick my children up from school and they even gave us a courtesy car for free for 8 days! I love dealing with Brewbaker! A+++++
