So this is NOT it. The smoked wings tasted like nothing, the slaw had no flavor, the baked beans tasted like they came straight from the can. Maybe tonight was a new cook or something but I would not suggest this place for any of your BBQ needs.
Place was way to quiet on a Friday night for how amazing the staff was! The food was the best BBQ I have in NC. We got the pulled pork, brisket, ribs, wings and my daughter tried their burger special. Everything was melt I'm your mouth, only slight difference I would make is the ribs could be more tender. We left with lunch for tomorrow and a bottle of their phenomenal BBQ sauce. Will be going back
Great food. Had the Alabama smash burger (I think that was the name). Perfect amount and the fried pickles gave it just enough saltiness. Tater tots were so crispy and some had an ever so tiny sweetness to them (manager said it’s likely from what they dry them in). Spouse had a two meat plate. Tons of food!!! Brisket was moist and Smokey. Pulled pork was just as delicious. Sides of fried okra and Mac and cheese just rounded out the overall delightful experience. Atmosphere was completely chill and friendly.
The food is to die for. So good! Customer service is great too. Love this place, great pillar in our community. Hope they’re here forever.
Burnt ends are amazing. Smash burgers are really good as well.
