Sadly, the Madison WI store closed as I’m in WI. I always had great experiences with them. I recently contacted the Chicago store about something purchased at the Madison store and they were still just as super helpful as can be! I’ve recommended several Chicago friends to go there for Home brewing things and they’ve always said great things!

I've spent hundreds of dollars here. I bought a Rims tubs online. The glass sight was defective. After weeks of trying to get a refund. They told me OH WELL THATS TOO BAD WERE NOT REFUNDING YOUR MONEY. I will never shop here again.
Best local brew store. You need it, they have it.
