I work as a home care nurse in this complex. From what I’ve seen the complex is well taken care of. The staff onsite are helpful. The home I work in is nice but has had electrical issues and an ant problem.
I highly recommend Breve Park! It is a well-maintained community with a focus on keeping its facilities clean and up to date. The grounds are regularly tended to, with green lawns, clean picnic areas, and well-maintained walking paths. The neighbors are friendly and quiet, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.
