I’ve never come across such Rude staff and nurses in a medical office and discrimination. Do yourself a favor and find a different dermatologist

Completely inappropriate practice who does not put the needs or requests of the patient first. Despite being an adult woman, this practice continues to send letters for me addressed to my father. During COVID, they had an aid touch my skin without gloves and without washing or sanitizer. I set up an appointment to consult with a doctor, but was put with a physicians assistant who hastily began doing procedures on me. I requested a biopsy and after removing skin, nothing was sent to a lab. Please reconsider this practice and ... read more

do yourself a favor and go see Cheryl young.. shes so smart, and kind, and more importantly LISTENS to your concerns and will work with you throughout any concerns you have with your skin. she also does an amazing job with my botox. it's never over done and is exactly what you ask for. shes been with this practice for years so you KNOW you're with a provider who will be with you through the long run. They are the best, Brookelynn’s team made me feel so Comfortable, almost like family, and has taken great care of my father, you won’t find a better place in central Florida, I drive all the way from Orlando .
We LOVE Brookelynn! She has taken care of my 2year old son as well as my husband. She always gets us in quickly especially when we called with my husband having terrible hives all over his body. She is very nice and has EXCELLENT bedside manner. We will continue to see her for all of our dermatology needs! Also, her Medical Assistants are very helpful and professional.
The first visit in three months my skin was clean!!!!!
