Tripod Aluminum/Brevard Shutters has turned into a full-on disaster. Don't know where the problem lies; Covid related problems, lack of qualified staff or what.... The office staff doesn't deserve the abuse I've given them, but I've been waiting since December 2020 for a replacement of a defective beam in our pool screen housing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANY LONGER.
