Extremely Unprofessional This was one of the worst medical scheduling experiences I’ve had in years. I tried for over a month to schedule a new patient appointment with Brevard Nephrology Group. My primary care physician sent the referral three separate times, yet nothing was resolved. The person in charge of scheduling, Joice, was unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. Been seeing Dr Yassa for several years, he is the best. Would not change for anything. He is a caring and wonderful person. Him,his staff are the best. Would recommend this Nephrologist group to everyone. THANK YOU DR YASSA AND STAFF FOR ALL THE GOOD CARE I RECEIVE. Wanda
Stay away from this nephrology group they have unethical practices and will try to bill you separately as a dialysis patient when those services should already be bundled and reimbursed by the insurance. None of these doctors are high quality. Find a nephrologist that actually went to medical school in the USA.
