They were hired by Vintage Homes to landscape my new home. Palm trees were planted VERY close to my home and lanai. After two weeks of being in my home, one of the palm trees fell about one foot from my home. After arguing for days, they agreed to put the tree back up. But without staking it. Obviously the tree never had the opportunity to grow roots and stay firmly planted. They refuse to stake these brand new palms. I’ve called numerous times. No returned calls. If I could give a zero star review I would. Brevard lawns does the landscaping in my neighborhood (Oceanside Village in Indialantic) My street is not yet completely developed, but there are probably 40 ish houses completed so far. We have had over 22 Sabal palms that they installed die over the last few months. When brought up to Brevard Lawns they blame the builder and HOA but refuse to do anything to right the situation.
