Brevard Health Alliance is a wonderful facility. Everyone there from are absolutely amazing and so kind and friendly!
I want to start by saying that the nurses here are always very nice, kind, and sweet. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the front desk staff. Every time I come here, the ladies at the front desk have a rude and negative attitude. I came in today because I had been told that they were doing walk-ins not too long ago. When I arrived, I was told they were no longer doing walk-ins, and the way it was communicated to me felt extremely rude and dismissive.
