The phone system is insane they take hours to pick up the phone. They give you a option to get a call back then when they call you back you have to wait even longer and give you the option to get a call back AGAIN as if you didn’t just wait 30 for a call back. If that doesn’t make sense just know that going to this doctor for anything and having to call them is going to take you a minimum of 45 minutes. And god forbid your call disconnects you’ll have to wait the entire time again.
