Literally no one at this office knows what they’re doing. Everyone needs to be retrained and should learn real customer service. Disgraceful.

I had bad experience with this place Dr kobobel son came into the room I was In back in march told me to take off my Shirt for EKG but leave my sport bra on. I felt very uncomfortable and was confused cause I was told I have already done EKG and didn’t have to do it again. My husband was in the room with me. He opened the door wide open where I was half undressed for no reason!!! Unprofessional!!!! The only doctor I trust there and I only will go there is DR. Steven, Miller he’s the only person I trust. No one else!

As a self-pay patient, this visit was a masterclass in how not to handle billing, communication, or basic patient care. Before my appointment, I spoke with the office by phone and again in person and was clearly told the cost would be $100 for the visit and $50 for the EKG, totaling $150, which I paid up front before being seen. I had to make an appointment for my job, to get a physical. I then called back to find out my doctor was going to be a man and I said, I do not want a male doctor giving me a physical, so I canceled right there. The lady on the gave an exacerbated sound. Now it's very clear she didn't even cancel my appointment and charged me with a no-show. Only because I don't want a male doctor giving me a physical because I'm a woman. FALSE ADVERTISING!! Not a walk in clinic. They only have "spots" for established patients to be seen as walk in. Phone number is not monitored and goes to voicemail so you can't even ask before showing up.
