Dr. Tres is the best eye specialist I've ever used. Each month for injections there is a long wait but it's a necessary appointment to save many their sight. Everyone has to be worked in. In South Florida for this treatment the wait is much longer. Dr. Tres did my cataract surgery & placed an upgrade lens for sharper vision. I've never seen so well which means a lot since I've been blind in one eye for years. The vitamins are great which even my gastrologist was impressed with. There is usually at least a 20 minute wait, but Dr Tres is doing everything humanly possible to preserve my eyesight. I have macular degeneration. He's a very good eye doctor.
Really feels like they don't want patients, I used to love them when I was growing up and when my daughter was younger. I couldn't even get a quote to pay out of pocket. They rushed me off the phone with a friendly tone, at least they didn't have an attitude.
Dr Tres is a very good and thorough eye doctor. The staff is pleasant and helpful. He'll be doing my cataract surgeries soon. I was very apprehensive at first, but he's assured me I won't feel anything. He also recommended that I take special vitamins to slow down my macular degeneration immensely.
They always make you wait a minimum of 1 hour. It’s every single visit. Terrible customer service. It’s this way at all their locations.
