Made an appointment over a month ago for today. Called them to confirm this morning and went there they told me the car would have to sit there fir 2 and a half weeks and there is nothing they can do except drain som fluid her quote was it's normal if the transmission leaks when the car is parked on a slanted driveway.

Worst possible experience you can ever have at a car lot literally a nightmare . Took my car in and was never contacted and would get snarky rude remarks every time I called to ask for an update. They did work to my car without calling to even ask if I wanted to go through with that . Then told me it was going to be 800$ and would still not be running and still needs another part that was “on the way” almost every time I asked about it . A very shady place. My daughter had her truck there for 7 months we had to get a sheriff to get it. Never go there to much drama.

Worst possible experience I've ever had with any kind of auto repair business of any kind rude obnoxious why do these businesses need service manager anyways
