Wouldn’t take a core return claiming they needed boxes. Have done countless core returns and have never needed boxes. Was even told I needed to just bring the receipt and card I purchased on to get my core charges back, then the old guy working there claimed he said box (he didn’t). Was very rude & unhelpful even after being a loyal consistent customer. I highly recommend any parts store in town OTHER than NAPA, they’re all friendly & helpful.
So helpful and accommodating, came out to help us diagnose the problem. we had truck issues they had everything we needed to get back on the rd, leo went above and beyond to help! even sent a employee to another store to get a part we needed (they didnt have in stock) thank you so much!!
