Overall my experience with Brevard Appraisal Group was a good one. My appointment was with Roy Browning. I believe he said he was the sole owner and operator of the company. He was able to get me in for an appointment the same week and was very friendly. On my appointment day, he showed up on time and was very professional and thorough with the appraisal. My only complaint was that he said he would have my appraisal to me by the following Saturday or Monday. I didnt end up getting my appraisal until 11 days after my appointm... read more
