This has been the only animal hospital for my whole family. The staff is so very compassionate and honest. Thank you for always being there. Dr. Terrell is amazing, she is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and comforting.
Thank you so much working with our vet in Hendersonville. We were involved in a serious auto accident yesterday and we are very beat up (husband broken bones), car totaled. My chihuahua Miss Kitty was low on I/D food and Denamarin for her liver. Your taking care of this need for us so we didn't have to go all the way to Hendersonville is so appreciated. Your staff on first impression are very kind, polite, caring people. Thank you so much for making this easy for us at this difficult time.
We love Dr. Terrell! The whole staff is amazing but we've worked with Dr. Terrell the most. The thorough approach to our dog's care was so much appreciated. Saying goodbye to our wonderful dog/family member was made a little easier by Dr. Terrell and the rest of the staff. I can not express how much I appreciated their flexibility and compassion.
