I saw Dr Bertz yesterday at Issaquah ER. He sat with me and talked about my situation. I was very emotional and scared. Dr Bertz listened to me and was so compassionate. I left my appointment feeling much better. That meant so much to me. It was so refreshing. Thanks so much Debbie West 🙂
My daughter had an ski injury and ended up in Issaquah ER where Dr. Bretz was taking care of her with great care. He's the best!
