Great experience overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish. Dr. Bretz was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things clearly. Special thank you to Erin at the front desk—she was very helpful, welcoming, and always had a great attitude. She made scheduling and check-in simple and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Dr. Bretz highly enough. Before finding his practice, I was seeing other chiropractors two or three times every week just to stay functional and upright. It felt like a constant uphill battle. Since starting treatment with Dr. Bretz, the difference has been night and day. He is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and his adjustments are fantastic. Dr. Bretz is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things thoroughly for my first appointment ever with a chiropractor. The staff is wonderful including, Erin who was kind and helpful! Thankful to have been established as a patient here.
Had pulled muscles in my upper back and neck and called Dr. Bretz to make an appointment. His office found a way to squeeze me into their schedule and get me started back on the road to being pain-free. He asked how I did it and took the time to show me what exactly I did. Made the entire visit feel as if he had been my doctor for years. He showed me how I can stretch my back out and what I can do if it ever starts to tighten back up. I have had the opportunity to be treated for 2 accidents which happened in 2017 and this year in March. When I had my first appointment in 2017. I was greeted with smile and a caring demeanor each time. Dr Bretz took the time to explain and listen to my concerns about my health issues.
