No complaints, only complemets – We have been using Brett's Pest Control for years. Brett and his employees are very nice and professional. If you do need them to come to your house for some kind of pest problem they usually come out that day, and sometimes it is Brett himself that will be there. Two thumbs up for Brett...
Poor customer service. – Brett's customer relation skills are wanting. He yells at you if he doesn't like what you are "complaining" about.
Most Honest Company Ever Used – Brett's Pest Control has been servicing our house and atleast 40 of our friends for over 12 years - they are the most professional company we have ever used for anything. The office staff and the service techs are wonderful - Brett even comes out sometimes. We have never used a company where the owners are actively involved in the field. are not professional – Bretts pest control does not have the slightest clue how to do pest control.the chemicals used inside give off a very unpleasant odor.they have no respect for the customer because they make tons of odorless chemicals to use indoors also while most companies offer a free termite inspection brett wants to get every penny he can out of you by charging home owners 75.00 to 125.00 for this free inspection.i wouldnt want him to service my worst enemies house
