During check-in today, the gentleman in front of me was asked all the Medicare questions by the receptionist on the 5th floor. OUTLOUD AND HIS RESPONSES WERE REPEATED! All this with a large number of patients in the waiting room! What happened to HIPA?
I arrived late for my appointment I had forgot to update my calendar with the correct time for my consult but they were able to get me in, the staff was polite, friendly and quick.
Had a trying experience here with my 91 year old mother today waiting to get labs done. Got here in plenty of time before her nephrologist appointment, however Ferrell Duncan had us wait over an hour to get them done and she just about missed her appointment. For some reason, they let everyone go before us.
Dr seems good. Not sure why a company employee has to pay a $35 co pay at a company building and walked away feeling i didnt get the care or reponses i should only responses that relvoved more money for cox
Used online checking process. Got checked in and out with minimal wait. Nurse Wren took good care of me with my vitals and vaccine shot. Dr. Baker was great as always!
