I was the buyer on a Goodyear, AZ home that Sabrina Song of the Brett Tanner/Keller Williams Selling Team closed on 10/28/2020 (COE). The home was left in horrifically dirty condition, including fresh, uncollected dog poop all over the side yard. I was very disturbed that the selling agent did not have the courtesy of hiring professional cleaners prior to turning the property over to the buyer.
