Brett was our family's buying broker and we cannot say enough good things about him, his patience with us as we learned about the Denver metro market, and his negotiating expertise when we finally found the right home. We were not able to see every house we considered in person, but we trusted Brett completely to give a comprehensive virtual tour and highlighted the areas he knew were most important too us. Would definitely recommend, and if we ever need an agent again we'll know whom to turn to.
Our home-buying journey for a big family from far away was truly challenging, but having Brett as our agent made all the difference.
