My first visit is to get my physical.The lady from doc's office called with lab results and was told to maintain low fat diet and daily walking as I have high levels of triglyceride (400).The doc didnt prescribe me any medication.When I discussed this to my father first thing he asked is what did doc prescribe you.I had no idea about all these things.the doc never discussed with me as to what that triglyceride count means to my health.This is my second visit.I told doc about my last triglyceride count and inturn he asked me ... read more

I went to see Dr. Miles because my regular physician was out and I was concerned with ongoing heart palpatations. This doctor was TERRIBLE. After waiting over 45 minutes for him to enter the room, he was very cold, arrogant, unconcerned and actually had the audacity to ask suggest perhaps I had too many glasses of wine the night before. He clearly wasn't listening to me and I think just assumed becuase of my age (37 at the time) that I was worried about nothing. Dr Miles was late by 45 minutes.He does not listen to the patient. He told me to continue to "self medicate." After 2 weeks I am still sick and frequently unable to work. I do not get sick time. Dr Miles needs to admit his diagnoses was wrong.
