Brett Clayson was very warm and listened to what I had going on with me. When it was time to make a follow-up appt, he let me know if I needed a primary care provider, he could be that for me.
I found Brett Clayson, PAC to be a good listener, patient, professional, knowledgable, and kind. I appreciated his time and care.
My experience with Brett was beyond comprehension. He was unsyptheic and clearly didnt care about his job or as me as a patient. After expressing how I was suffering for over 72 hours in my current condition, his best advice was to see a Ear Nose and Throat Specialist. However, he couldnt give me a medical reason for it, other than he didnt even want to try to help or even care. For the life of me, there is no connection between an Ear Nose and Throat specialist and the symptoms I am suffering from.
I've seen Brett Clayson as my primary care doctor and was happy with him but then my insurance changed. He was no longer under my provider options. I enjoyed how he made me feel comfortable, cared for and listened to me when I had questions or concerns.
