I have had no issues with Dr. Kemp. He has explained everything to me thus far, and in words I can understand which is important (not doctor jargon). I used to live in Geneva, NY and would make the drive to Spencerport, NY just for him. It’s so refreshing to have found such a great doctor.

Dr. Kemp is kind and thorough. He takes time to listen and responds very knowledgeable without condescension. He is a great contributor to the community helping those with their general medical needs.
DR. KEMP IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR. ALWAYS VERY THURAL AND ALWAYS VERY PATIENT WITH QUESTIONS ASKED. AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
