Brett Janowiak was very rude and refused to address my main concerns. He said “I do not do what my patients tell me to do”. I was advised by the triage nurse that I needed an abdominal x-ray within 4 hours of the initial call. She was adamant that I needed to be seen ASAP. I was in need of an abdominal x-ray and or CT scan, but he implied it is not worth his time and he refused to place the orders. He was abrasive and brought me to tears multiple times in my visit. My wife visited today and overall care unit was nice and and the nurses were kind. Facility was clean. We have gone here several times and had great experience. However, her visit this morning with Brett was less than desirable. He seemed irritated with her and her concerns. The information she received in part, conflicts with previous diagnoses/guidance which left her feeling confused as to what information/guidance to trust. We have always had a great experience at Zeeland and with Corewell, but these last couple of visits... read more
Have to give 5 stars across the board. From Walking in the door to leaving we were treated like family right away. Answers were to the point. And the attitude of all were very welcoming. Atmosphere was comfortable. Were very pleased with Brett. A very wonderful experience. Will return again if need be. And most certainly will recommend to others. Thank you for not only your help but true concern to our issues.
