Dr. Brett Vassallo is everything one expects a doctor to be. He's a throwback to when a doctor actually paid attention to you and all of your questions and concerns. He was informative and kind. He answered all questions clearly. His staff was pleasant and also made the visit go smooth. I highly recommend Dr. Vassallo. I only wish he was a primary!

Everything that would take place was very well explained ahead of time. There were no surprises. The outcome was better than expected as I had no pain, little discomfort which was expected. I was back to work sooner than expected which made everyone happy. Dr. Vassallo made me feel very confident that everything would go well and it did.

I came to the practice with a prolapse that left me unable to void. Post surgery I can not believe how great my quality of life is. No leakage and an ability to go several hours before I have to use the bathroom. My doctor is exemplary. He is very thorough and explains everything in a way that is very understandable. I waited so long for my surgery because I was so nervous. However, once I decided to go forward, my experience was so wonderful. From the beginning of meeting Dr. Vassalo and his staff, to the surgery,hospital and outcome, it was so very positive. My surgery made a wonderful difference in my every day activities.

I appreciated the extra effort Dr. Vassallo put in to make sure I received the right treatment. He consulted other doctors to make sure what was best for me. Dr. Vassallo explained what was going on with my symptoms. He also spent time explaining what he would do with my surgery so that I could completely understand what would happen. The surgery went very well and I feel great. He is very easy to talk to. I highly recommend his expertise.

Pre-op staff were thorough in providing my family and me the sequence of steps that would occur prior to, and after my surgical procedure. Post-op staff was attentive, supportive and patient when answering my questions. The nurses were careful and gentle when implementing invasive devices. They responded to the call bell in a timely manner. The facility was clean and seemed to be reasonably well-staffed. Follow-up care at the doctor's office was consistently efficient and professional.

The staff has been very pleasant and helpful. Doctor Vassalo was very caring and gentle. An experience I was very frightened to go through went excellent and the staff helped me get over my fears and anxiety,
