Dr Gilbert is the best. 2 knee replacements in 2024. This year I went to the fair walked all day! No knee braces first time in 6years! Thank you
Great surgeon
On my way from the Outer Banks on a Sunday to Raleigh for my Monday morning surgery, my cell phone rings and it’s Dr. Gilbert asking me if I had any last minute questions. That’s how much he cares about his patients and wants them to feel at ease. He replaced both my knees a year apart and I’ve snow skied over 350K vertical feet since then with no problem.
Dr. Gilbert did my hip replacement in June. After two weeks, the back pain was gone and I returned to work (limited). Thanks to Dr. Gilbert and staff (including PT staff).
I saw Dr. Gilbert for my 2nd hip replacement and everything just went perfectly. My 2nd recovery has gone much better than my 1st one that was done elsewhere. If you need ortho surgery he’s the surgeon for you! Thank you Dr. Gilbert!
