Brett took money and didn’t do a thing for me. My hearing that was suppose to happen in 30 days didn’t happen until 90. Then he showed up late and forgot to subpoena people he was suppose and didn’t even defend me. The other attorney made complete fools out of us. He doesn’t return phone calls, emails or texts. He also doesn’t inform you of what is going on. Then when you fire him he sends a letter to you trying to justify why he earned the money you gave him.
