Brett is a great realtor and his clients come first I know this from experience when he sold my first house and agreed to a request of the buyer to help in selling the house. Much later I called about house and he told me that we were in a much better location, we might be under estimating the amount of work needed and his recommendation was to stay where we currently live. So appreciative of his advise. He gives his clients thoughtful, honest, and professional advice.
In September 2025, we moved from Phoenixville, PA to Salem, NH to be closer to family. Our condo sold with 30 days. Brett helped us through earlier moves for job relocation, empty nesting and retirement. The housing market in 2025 proved to be more challenging than our previous move in 2010.
