Dr. Franklin is an athlete and approaches his patients with a straightforward and relatable approach. My family has seen him for shoulders and elbows and always receive top care.
Dr. Franklin was in the room to see me exactly on time. Can't remember the last time a Dr did not make me wait for them to show up. Dr Franklin showed me the issues to my shoulder and he and his team lined up further imaging and set up a quick follow up to review options.
Dr. Franklin is thorough and explained what to expect after surgery. Very friendly and has a way to make you feel at ease. Everyone in the office is professional and friendly at the same time.
Dr. Franklin listens, understands and helps come up with a solution to your problem. Knee surgery was recommended for me. But I cannot at this time have the recommended surgery. So he recommended gel injections to help alleviate the pain I’m in and it should buy me some time until I have the time for surgery and recovery. I truly appreciated him working with me and not insisting that surgery was the only option. I would highly recommend him to anyone
