I had an emergency evaluation and consultation and needed to see a doctor immediately. The receptionist was wonderful and found me an appointment within 40 minutes. When I arrived, I was called in right away. The technician promptly took X-rays, and I saw Dr. Minal almost instantly. She examined the problem and explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. I felt that I was being treated not just as another patient, but as someone whose doctor truly cares. The people are very friendly, I feel like I'm getting good advice, they have been quick to respond when I had a dental issue.
Another great appointment at Lex Smiles yesterday. The staff, the hygenists, and both doctors are all lovely, caring people and expert professionals. They do not seem to overprescribe procedures as I have experienced elsewhere.
Pleasant staff, excellent hygenis.
