My superb hygienist recently left. The replacement was great too. I wasn't informed of the change in staff which kind of annoyed me. After many years, you create a relationship with the staff and to suddenly find the person you've been using for years is no longer on staff was a big surprise.
It took me 6 years to get back to the dentist b/c life got too busy, but I finally made an appt. I let the staff know I was nervous, I always have been when it comes to the dentist. Wendy the receptionist kindly listened to all my fears when making the appt and laughed along with me. My hygienist Holly was AMAZING! Outstanding service. Satish came to the Lexington site and opened the office by himself on a Friday evening to manage an emergency situation for my wife (also his patient), and he could not have been more gracious and caring throughout the whole episode. His practice and expertise offer a "concierge" level of service and caring. I arrived for a teeth cleaning after receiving a text letting me know my Appointment needed to be cancelled. I thought the text was confirming my appointment. Dr. Sathish overheard the confusion and without hesitation said he could perform my teeth cleaning. I was so grateful and he is just the most lovely person going above and beyond to help his patients.
