The staff are very caring and treat your animals with complete respect. They will go over all of the options available to treat the cause of your visit and the pros and cons of each potential route. I'm normally very wary of people around my cats however, seeing how the staff interacts with them makes me sure that I chose the right place to take them for care.
If you expect support & compassion at one of the hardest moments of pet ownership, humane euthanasia, DO NOT use this clinic! As new clients at the Breton Village/Cascade Animal Clinic, my husband and I were treated like suspects for our agonizing decision to euthanize our offensively aggressive dog, who had attacked and bitten multiple people and gone through extensive professional behavioral training without success.
